What materials are TM Signature hoodies made from?
Our embroidered anime hoodies are crafted from premium 350 GSM brushed, ring-spun combed cotton with reinforced 1x1 ribbing at the collar, cuffs and hem and twin-needle topstitching for durability. Zip-up hoodies are made from heavyweight 600 GSM fleece. All designs are stitched with 100% polyester premium Madeira/Brother embroidery thread.
Are the designs embroidered or printed?
Our hoodies, sweaters and Glitch Collection feature genuine stitched embroidery for a premium, textured finish. Zip-up hoodies feature bold, high-detail prints.
Will the embroidery crack, peel or fade?
No. Because the design is stitched into the fabric rather than printed on top, it will not crack, peel or fade with wear and washing when cared for correctly.
What sizes and colours are available?
All styles are available in sizes XS to 3XL. Colours include White, Silver, Pink, Blue, Dark Grey and Black. Because of our peach-finishing process, slight shade variation between garments is natural and unique to each piece, and garment measurements carry a tolerance of approximately ±1 cm.
How do I choose the right size?
Our hoodies have a unisex, relaxed fit and generally run true to size. If you are between sizes, size down for a fitted look or size up for an oversized streetwear fit. See our size charts for exact measurements by style.
How should I care for my embroidered hoodie?
Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold with like colours. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly over the embroidery to keep the stitching looking its best.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some popular designs are restocked, but many are limited. If a design you want is sold out, contact us at info@tmsignature.store and we will let you know if and when it returns.
Do you offer custom hoodies?
Yes. We offer custom embroidered hoodies, sweaters and zip-up hoodies. Choose one of our custom products and submit your design to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Because we embroider each piece in-house and order in the blank garment for your design, please allow 3–5 business days processing before your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are then shown at checkout based on your location.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Your hoodie is not pre-made. Once you order, we order in the blank garment and embroider your chosen design by hand, which takes around 3–5 business days before dispatch. This is what keeps every piece premium and made just for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed, contact us at info@tmsignature.store.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or email info@tmsignature.store.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@tmsignature.store with your order number.
How do I exchange for a different size?
If you need a different size, contact us at info@tmsignature.store within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you need, and we will guide you through the process.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We are sorry about that. Email info@tmsignature.store with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with the express payment options shown at checkout. Available methods are displayed when you check out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 36 hours of placing it by emailing info@tmsignature.store. After 36 hours we will have ordered your blank garment and begun embroidery, so changes may no longer be possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the discount box at checkout and it will be applied to your order total before payment.
