Shipping policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch products to satisfied customers.

However our shipping and handling times can vary and we are unable to offer next day delivery.

We offer free shipping delivery!

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we order the blank hoodie from our supplier. When we receive it we start embroidery your hoodie and then we will be ready to dispatch your order.

NOTE: The hoodies/sweaters are sourced from our supplier, with an estimated 5-7 day delivery time, followed by 1-2 days for embroidery.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time using our tracking page.
